Salsa Vaya
40 miles on the Vaya so far, and have already changed the drivetrain. Swapped out XTR rear derailleur and 12-34 mountain cassette, for a Ultegra rear derailleur and 11-25 road cassette. The mountain bike rear with road compact up front was way to low.
Also, I've added fenders and a rear rack. Mostly out of boredom.
